Inleiding
Pastorie van de parochiekerk van het Heilige Hart van Jezus in 19129-1931 gebouwd naar ontwerp van Dom Paul Bellot en H.C. van de Leur.
Omschrijving
Blokvormig pand onder schilddak waarvan de nok haaks op de straat staat, met een kleine uitbouw onder zadeldak aan de straatzijde. Deze uitbouw heeft afgeschuinde hoeken op de begane grond, erboven is over de gehele breedte van de gevel een brede gepleisterde band aangebracht. Het pand is uitgevoerd in baksteen.
In de gevels zijn eenvoudige rechthoekige ramen aangebracht, de bovenlichten zijn gevuld met glas-in-lood. De ingang bevindt zich in de zijgevel in de vorm van portiek onder een keperboog, voorzien van metselmozaiek. Op de verdieping van de uitbouw boven de lijst zijn drie keperboograampjes aanwezig.
In het interieur is de indeling in grote lijnen gehandhaafd. Op de verdieping loopt parallel aan de nok van het dak een gang, aan weerszijden zijn kamers aanwezig. Op de begane grond is deze gang korter, tot op aanbouw. In de aanbouw een kamer met inbouwkasten. Voordeur en haldeur hebben bovenlichten in keperboog. Ook scheibogen in gang hebben deze vorm.
Oorspronkelijke betegeling van gang en hal bleef bewaard, evenals paneeldeuren uit bouwtijd.

Description
Block-shaped building under a hipped roof, the ridge of which is perpendicular to the street, with a small extension under a gabled roof on the street side. This extension has chamfered corners on the ground floor; above it a wide rendered band has been applied across the full width of the facade. The building is executed in brickwork.
Simple rectangular windows have been installed in the facades, the fanlights are filled with leaded glass. The entrance is located in the side facade in the form of a portico under a herringbone arch, furnished with mason mosaic. On the upper storey of the extension above the string course there are three herringbone arch windows.
In the interior the layout has been largely maintained. On the upper storey a corridor runs parallel to the roof ridge, with rooms on both sides. On the ground floor this corridor is shorter, ending at the extension. In the extension a room with built-in cupboards. Front door and hall door have fanlights in herringbone arch. Partition arches in the corridor also have this form.
Original tiling of the corridor and hall has been preserved, as have panel doors from the time of construction.
