De woningen zijn gebouwd naar plannen van W.M. Dudok in 1937, in samenwerking met aannemer P. van Grootel en maken deel uit van de wijk 'Het Witte Dorp'.

Rij tweelaags panden. De panden zijn verder van de rooilijn geplaatst en voorzien van diepere voortuinen.
Op de begane grond is een erker aangebracht waarvan de afdekking als een luifel doorloopt tot boven de deur. Op de verdieping zijn dicht op elkaar geplaatste vierruitsramen zichtbaar.
Waardering
De woonhuizen zijn van algemeen belang. Ze hebben cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische en stedenbouwkundige ontwikkeling van de industriestad, met name als voorbeeld van de ontwikkeling van nieuwe wijken in een vroege vorm van projectontwikeling; ze zijn tevens van belang als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de rijtjeswoning.
