De woningen zijn gebouwd naar plannen van W.M. Dudok in 1937, in samenwerking met aannemer P. van Grootel en maken deel uit van de wijk 'Het Witte Dorp'.

Rij tweelaags panden. Op de begane grond is een erker aangebracht waarvan de afdekking als een luifel doorloopt tot boven de deur. Op de verdiepingzijn dicht op elkaar geplaatste vierruitsramen zichtbaar.
Deze rij wordt doorbroken door de nummers 40-42, die drie bouwlagen hoog zijn. Op de begane grond bevinden zich samengestelde ramen. Boven de deur met luifel is op de verdieping een rond raam aangebracht. Op de tweede verdieping zijn dicht op elkaar geplaatste vierruitsramen zichtbaar. Het eerste pand van de rij (nummer 20) wijkt af en telt drie bouwlagen met een kleine topgevel. In de gevel zijn samengestelde ramen aangebracht, boven de deur steekt een betonnen luifel uit.
