De woningen zijn gebouwd naar plannen van W.M. Dudok in 1937, in samenwerking met aannemer P. van Grootel en maken deel uit van de wijk 'Het Witte Dorp'.

Nr. 15 is een drielaags pand. Op de begane grond is een deur met luifel aangebracht, ernaast een rechthoekig, samengesteld raam. Op de eerste verdieping is eveneens een samengesteld raam aanwezig. De tweede verdieping wordt door drie vierruitsramen in beslag genomen. Het pand steekt uit ten opzichte van de aangrenzende rij, St. Odulphusstraat 17-25. Dit is een rij tweelaags panden. Op de begane grond is een erker aangebracht waarvan de betonnen afdekking als een luifel doorloopt tot boven de deur. Op de verdieping is een band vierruitsramen zichtbaar.
