Rij tweelaags panden. Op de begane grond is een erker aangebracht waarvan de betonnen afdekking als een luifel doorloopt tot boven de deur. Op de verdieping is een band vierruitsramen zichtbaar.

De woonhuizen zijn van algemeen belang. Ze hebben cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische en stedenbouwkundige ontwikkeling van de industriestad, met name de ontwikkeing van nieuwe wijken in een vroege vorm van project ontwikkeling; ze zijn tevens van belang als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de rijtjeswoning.
