De woningen zijn gebouwd naar plannen van W.M. Dudok in 1937, in samenwerking met aannemer P. van Grootel en maken deel uit van de wijk 'Het Witte Dorp'.

Het pand Geldropseweg 136 sluit in hoogte en dakhelling aan bij de oudere bebouwing. Het is een drielaags pand met op de begane grond een deur en samengesteld raam. Op de eerste en tweede verdieping bevindt zich naast het balkon met deur een samengesteld raam. Aangrenzend is een rij panden gebouwd, aan de straat twee bouwlagen tellend, aan de achterzijde met een verdieping meer. Op de begane grond is een erker aangebracht waarvan de betonnen afdekking als een luifel doorloopt tot boven de deur. Op de verdieping zijn vijf rechthoekige ramen zichtbaar.
Waardering
De woonhuizen zijn van algemeen belang.
