De woningen zijn gebouwd naar plannen van W.M. Dudok in 1937, in samenwerking met aannemer P. van Grootel en maken deel uit van de wijk 'Het Witte Dorp'.

Rij tweelaags panden, de woningen zijn twee aan twee gespiegeld. Op de begane grond grenzen twee voordeuren aan elkaar en zijn steeds van een gezamelijk luifel voorzien. Daarnaast bevindt zich een samengesteld rechthoekig raam. Op de verdieping zijn vier rechthoekige ramen aangebracht. De rij wordt afgesloten door een drielaags hoekpand (Jorislaan 1) met een ronde omlopende erker. De afdekking van deze erker loopt als een luifel boven de deur aan de zijde van de Jorislaan door. In deze gevel bevinden zich op de eerste en tweede verdieping samengestelde ramen. De gevel aan de Geldropseweg is blind.

De woonhuizen zijn van algemeen belang.
