De woningen zijn gebouwd naar plannen van W.M. Dudok in 1937, in samenwerking met aannemer P. van Grootel en maken deel uit van de wijk 'Het Witte Dorp.

Drielaags hoekpand met een ronde, omlopende erker op de begane grond. In deze erker zijn grote ramen aangebracht.
Aan de zijde van de Jorislaan is de deur in een portiek geplaatst. Op de eerste verdieping bevindt zich een samengesteld raam, op de tweede verdieping is een band vierruitsramen zichtbaar.
De gevel aan de Geldropseweg is van een deur met luifel en een erker voorzien. Een éénlaagse aanbouw onder zadeldak bevat een deur en kleine hooggeplaatste ramen. Het dak loopt door over een onderdoorgang naar aangrenzende bebouwing.
