De woningen zijn gebouwd naar plannen van W.M. Dudok in 1937, in samenwerking met de aannemer P. van Grootel en maken deel uit van de wijk 'Het Witte Dorp'.

Het eerste pand van de rij is drie lagen hoog en risaleert ten opzichte van de aansluitende rij tweelaags panden. De zijgevel grenst aan een smal pad. In de voorgevel zijn op de begane grond en verdieping samengestelde ramen aangebracht. Bij de tweelaagse panden is op de begane grond een erker aangebracht waarvan de betonnen afdekking als een luifel doorloopt tot boven de deur. Op de verdieping is een band vierruitsramen zichtbaar.

De woonhuizen zijn van algemeen belang.
