De woningen zijn gebouwd naar plannen van W.M. Dudok in 1937, in samenwerking met aannemer P. van Grootel en maken deel uit van de wijk 'Het Witte Dorp'.

Rij drielaags panden. Op de begane grond is een samengesteld raam aangebracht. Op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich een rond raam en een samengesteld raam in combinatie met een deur die naar een zich verder over de gevel uitstrekkend balkon voert. Op de tweede verdieping zijn dicht op elkaar geplaatste vierruitsramen zichtbaar. Tegen de zijgevel van het eindpand, Burghplein 9 is een klein balkon op de eerste verdieping aangebracht. Van het andere eindpand, St. Odulphusstraat 41 is de voordeur in de zijgevel, schuin ten opzichte van de straat, geplaatst. Boven de deur is een luifel aangebracht. Op de eerste verdieping bevindt zich een samengesteld raam, daarboven op de tweede verdieping zijn dicht op elkaar geplaatste vierruitsramen zichtbaar.
