De woningen zijn gebouwd naar plannen van W.M. Dudok in 1937, in samenwerking met aannemer P. van Grootel en maken deel uit van de wijk 'Het Witte Dorp'.

Rij tweelaags panden. Op de begane grond is een erker aangebracht waarvan de afdekking als een luifel doorloopt tot boven de deur. Op de verdieping zijn dicht op elkaar geplaatste vierruitsramen zichtbaar.
Het hoekpand, St. Leonardusstraat 1 is drie lagen hoog onder een dak haaks op de straat, het uiteinde van de voorgevel telt twee bouwlagen, het dakvlak loopt hier lager door. Boven de deur is een luifel aangebracht, de ramen zijn samengesteld. Op de verdieping is een deur met een klein balkon aanwezig. Opzij van het pand staat een anderhalve laag hoge schuur onder zadeldak.

De woonhuizen zijn van algemeen belang.
