Woonblok op rechthoekig grondplan onderdeel van het complex "Salerno". Het blok bestaat uit verschillende huizen met bij elkaar 16 tweekamer- en 16 éénkamerwoningen. De woningen zijn via trappenhuizen bereikbaar. Het gebouw is in rode baksteen opgetrokken en bestaat uit vier bouwlagen en een kleine kapverdieping onder een schilddak met pannen. Zes vensterassen breed. Sprongen en verdiepingen in het metselwerk. Overgang naar de verdiepingen geschiedt door banden en lijsten van gelige specie, die naar de derde verdieping in een op en neer gaand patroon. Rechte, overstekende gootlijst. Description
Residential block on a rectangular ground plan forming part of the "Salerno" complex. The block consists of various houses with a total of 16 two-room dwellings and 16 one-room dwellings. The dwellings are accessible via staircases. The building is constructed in red brick and consists of four storeys and a small storey under the roof under a hipped roof with tiles. Six window bays wide. Offsets and steps in the brickwork. Transition to the storeys is achieved by bands and mouldings of yellowish mortar, which towards the third storey form an undulating pattern.
