Parallel aan de straat gelegen woonblok, onderdeel van het complex "Salerno". Het blok is ontworpen op rechthoekig grondplan bestaande uit twee huizen, iedere verdieping met twee tweekamerwoningen. De woningen op de begane grond zijn alleen via het achterterrein bereikbaar; de andere via het trappenhuis aan de voorzijde van het blok. Het gebouw is in rode baksteen opgetrokken en bestaat uit vier bouwlagen en een kleine kapverdieping onder een schilddak met pannen. Zes vensterassen breed. Sprongen en verdiepingen in het metselwerk. Overgang naar de verdiepingen geschiedt door banden en lijsten van gelige specie, die naar de derde verdieping in een op en neer gaand patroon. Rechte, overstekende gootlijst. De twee ingangstraveeën hebben een dakkapel als afsluiting. Schuiframen met roedenverdeling. Vensters van het trappenhuis liggen in een spaarveld. De lisenen aan weerskanten schragen de dakkapel. De hoeklisenen en de tot de tweede verdieping oplopende middenliseen verdelen het blok duidelijk in twee huizen. Residential block situated parallel to the street, part of the "Salerno" complex. The block is designed on a rectangular ground plan consisting of two houses, each storey with two two-room dwellings. The dwellings on the ground floor are only accessible via the rear courtyard; the others via the staircase at the front of the block. The building is constructed in red brick and consists of four storeys and a small storey under the roof under a hipped roof with tiles. Six window bays wide. Offsets and steps in the brickwork. Transition to the storeys is achieved by bands and mouldings of yellowish mortar, which towards the third storey form an undulating pattern. Straight, projecting drip moulding. The two entrance bays have a roof dormer as a termination. Sash windows with glazing bars. The staircase windows are situated in a spared field. The pilasters on either side support the roof dormer.
