Inleiding
Zogenaamde Papegaaienlaan als deel van de TUINAANLEG (14) gelegen in het westelijke deel van Artiscomplex.
NB. In 1850 werd deze latere zichtas aangekocht als deel van de toenmalige Plantage Franschelaan. Sindsdien stonden hier elke zomer papagaaienstandaards.
Omschrijving Rechte laan van de hoofdingang leidend naar de Artisvijver alwaar de laan op dood loopt. Aan weerszijden beplant met lindebomen.
Waardering Laan als deel van de tuinaanleg van algemeen belang als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het Artis-complex.

N.B. In 1850 this later sight axis was purchased as part of the then Plantage Franschelaan. Since then, every summer parrot stands were placed here.
