The building was constructed around 1910 as a CAFÉ, FARM and DWELLING HOUSE. The latter function is still fulfilled by the building today. The building stands opposite the town hall and is surrounded on three sides by brick pavements. On the plot there is a square brick well.

The single-storey L-shaped building with chamfered corner entrance is largely screened on the rear side by three brick outbuildings of various heights and sizes. The facades are built from machine-made brick with a dentil moulding beneath the cornice of the mansard roof with black curved tiles. The plinth is cemented. The right facade has ornamental curled wall anchors; the others have straight tie-anchors. In the right facade there are four T-windows and in the middle a panelled door. At the chamfered corner there is also a panelled door with fanlight; in the long facade facing the Dorpsplein there are three T-windows and a barred cellar window. All windows have sandstone sills and are partly provided with chamfered stonework. In the lower panels there are ochre-yellow cathedral glass panes. The windows and fanlights of the doors are closed off by a segmental arch with cemented pointing. The corner entrance is accentuated by a projecting roof dormer with spout gable and small T-window as described above. In the facade facing the Dorpsplein there are two low and two high arched stable doors. In the low stable doors there are small panes with fine glazing bars.

In the right side facade there is one window on the ground floor and two T-windows on the attic storey. The left side facade is plastered and has curved wall anchors. In the facade there are two small square windows.

Both doors give access to the café, which is now out of use but still fully furnished. On the wooden floor stands a billiard table with inlay work.
