KOETSHUIS bij villa opgetrokken in gepleisterde baksteen op een trasraam van rode klinkers, afgezet met een geglazuurde rollaag. Het gebouw heeft een geknikt, met een grijze muldenpan gedekt zadeldak met houten goot op consoles. In de oostgevel bevindt zich een dubbele opgeklampte garagedeur met ijzeren gehengen onder een driedelig bovenlicht met roedeverdeling. In de topgevel met houten vakwerkmotief en decoratieve windveren, een houten deur met drie ruitjes onder een strek van rode en donkere baksteen. De noordgevel heeft drie getoogde zesruits vensters; de westgevel met een topgevel met windveren en een houten makelaar, heeft een zesruits venster; de zuidgevel is blind. COACH HOUSE adjoining villa built in rendered brick on a travertine frame of red clinker, bordered with a glazed roll course. The building has a bent gabled roof covered with grey half-round tiles with wooden gutter on consoles. In the east gable a double clamped garage door with iron hinges under a three-part fanlight with glazing bars. In the top gable with wooden half-timbering motif and decorative weathervanes, a wooden door with three panes under a course of red and dark brick. The north gable has three arched six-pane windows; the west gable with a top gable with weathervanes and a wooden mullet, has a six-pane window; the south gable is blank. Frames and doors have a segmental arch of red and dark brick.
