Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, tegenwoordig receptie, gesitueerd aan de noordoostelijke kant van het complex ten noorden van de weg. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Klein gebouwentype op rechthoekige grondslag onder een hoog schilddak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen. De twee segmentboogvormige poorten aan de linkerzijde zijn dichtgezet met een houten betimmering. Aan de voorzijde bevindt zich nog de originele, brede en met pannen gedekte, dakkapel. Achterzijde met originele vensters. In het pand werd na de oorlog een ketelhok gebouwd.
Waardering.
Het pand is van algemeen belang.
Het pand heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van een landschappelijke en bestuurlijke ontwikkeling.
Het pand heeft architectuurhistorisch belang vanwege de bijzondere samenhang tussen exterieur en interieur.

Former BARRACKS BUILDING, currently reception, situated on the north-eastern side of the complex north of the road. The building was built in 1941-1942 as an imitation of the German Craft-Traditional building tradition.

Small building type on rectangular ground plan under a high hipped roof covered with improved Dutch tiles. The two segmental arch-shaped gates on the left side are blocked up with wooden boarding. On the front there is still the original, wide dormer covered with tiles. Rear side with original windows. After the war a boiler room was built in the building.
