Omschrijving
Inleiding.
De langgevelboerderij dateert uit omstreeks 1875 en staat in een flauwe bocht van de Vijverstraat, met de nok parallel aan de straat. De boerderij in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele stijl heeft de traditionele opzet van de langgevelboerderij, maar omstreeks 1990 zijn de deeldeur en staldeur in de voorgevel dichtgemetseld. Opvallend is dat de achtergevel een globaal dezelfde indeling heeft als de voorgevel, een zeldzaam verschijnsel.
Omschrijving.
Het gebouw heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak met oud-Hollandse pannen. Op de brandmuur en op de westelijke zijgevel staat een schoorsteen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in baksteen en aan alle zijden voorzien van zware smeedijzeren muurankers. Het woonhuis heeft in de straatgevel een opgeklampte voordeur met bovenlicht, geflankeerd door beluikte zesruits schuifvensters. Het bedrijfsgedeelte is voorzien van dichtgezette deeldeur, staldeur en een drietal stalvensters met ijzeren vorktracering. In de achtergevel heeft het woonhuis een indeling als in de voorgevel, zij het dat de luiken hier paneelluiken zijn. Het bedrijfsgedeelte heeft hier een symmetrische opzet: een paar opgeklampte deeldeuren onder korfboog wordt geflankeerd door een ijzeren stalvenster met vorktracering en een opgeklampte staldeur met beglaasd halfrond bovenlicht, voorzien van vorktracering.
Waardering.
De boerderij is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in westelijk Brabant en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij.
Architectuurhistorisch is het geheel van belang vanwege de sobere ornamentiek en de vormentaal van het exterieur. Het huis is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid van het exterieur en is als onderdeel van een samenhangende meerledige hoeve zeldzaam geworden.

Introduction.
The long-facade farmhouse dates from around 1875 and stands in a gentle bend of the Vijverstraat, with the ridge parallel to the street. The farmhouse in Artisanal-Traditional style has the traditional layout of the long-facade farmhouse, but around 1990 the half-door and stable door in the front facade were bricked up. Description.
The building has a rectangular floor plan and is covered by a gabled roof with Dutch-style pantiles. On the party wall and on the western side facade stands a chimney. The facades are built in brick and provided on all sides with heavy wrought-iron wall anchors. The residential part has in the street facade a bolted front door with fanlight, flanked by shuttered six-light sash windows. The business section is provided with bricked-up half-door, stable door and three stable windows with iron fork tracery. In the rear facade the residential part has a layout as in the front facade, albeit with panelled shutters here. The business section here has a symmetrical layout: a pair of bolted half-doors under stone arch is flanked by an iron stable window with fork tracery and a bolted stable door with glazed semicircular fanlight, provided with fork tracery.
