VILLA in Chalet style from 1906 with Art Nouveau characteristics built for office clerk Albertus van Griethuijzen on the sugar factory of S.C.J. Voss in the Zwartenbergse Polder. Foundation stone and date stone with inscription: "Mellink Post van Griethuysen". The house with front facade facing east stands detached on the plot. On the north side a service entrance for staff. Behind the house on the west side a garage under flat roof. In 1922 a warehouse with cellar is built on the plot next to the garage for biscuit manufacturer Joh.C.M. Raaymakers. This warehouse had a narrow-gauge railway connection to the street. The cellar of the warehouse is still completely present. Both the cellar and the garage fall outside the protection.
