Inleiding.
SCHUUR gelegen achter het woonstalhuis, met de nok loodrecht op de weg.
Omschrijving.
De schuur heeft een langsdeel. Schilddak gedekt met rode oud-Hollandse pannen met aan de noordkant een lage dakvoet. Het opgaand werk bestaat uit handgevormde baksteen gemetseld in kruisverband.
Waardering.
De schuur is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als uitdrukking van een landschappelijke ontwikkeling en heeft ensemblewaarde, gezien de historisch-ruimtelijke relatie met groenvoorzieningen, wegen, wateren en bodemgesteldheid. De schuur is belangrijk vanwege gaafheid van ex- en interieur. Als geheel is het van belang vanwege een steeds groter wordende typologische zeldzaamheid.
