Inleiding.
Woonstalhuis van een BOERDERIJ, gelegen in de directe omgeving van "De Bochten" in de West Polder parallel met de west- of voorgevel aan de Haansberg.
Omschrijving.
De boerderij een zogenaamde langgevelboerderij heeft een dwarsdeel. Ze heeft een zadeldak tussen tuitgevels. Het dak is gedekt met grijze muldenpannen. Het woongedeelte is zo goed als symmetrisch van opzet, vijf traveeën breed. De voordeur wordt geflankeerd door twee vensters. Ook de zijgevel, met zijn twee vensters op de begane grond en op de verdieping een venster, is symmetrisch van opzet. Het bedrijfsgedeelte is ten opzichte van het woongedeelte klein. Het heeft aan de voorkant een lagere dakvoet dan het woongedeelte. Het opgaande werk bestaat uit paarsrode machinaal gevormde baksteen gemetseld in kruisverband met cementen plint. In het woongedeelte is de voorgevel en in het bedrijfsgedeelte de noordelijke kopgevel, voorzien van siermetselwerk. De muuropeningen zijn alle getoogd. In fries, segmentbogen, boogtrommels en horizontale banden accenten met gele verblendsteen. De voorgevel heeft een eenvoudige kroonlijst. De zesruits schuifvensters hebben houten luiken. Aan de noordelijke kopgevel een stenen uitgebouwde toilet onder lessenaarsdakje.
Waardering.
Het woonstalhuis is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als uitdrukking van een landschappelijke ontwikkeling en heeft ensemblewaarde, gezien de historisch-ruimtelijke relatie met groenvoorzieningen, wegen, wateren en bodemgesteldheid. Description.
The farmhouse a so-called long-gable farmhouse has a transverse section. It has a gabled roof between spout gables. The roof is covered with grey mulden tiles.
