Inleiding
Aan binnenplaats achter het hoofdobject gelegen bouwdeel, bestaande uit VIER VM. DIAKONIEHUISJES MET VOORGEPLAATST WATER-EN VUURHUISJE, een twee bouwlagen tellende geleding uit 1968, een WERKPLAATS op rechthoekige grondslag uit de negentiende eeuw en moderne uitbreiding. Al deze onderdelen zijn d.m.v. doorbraken met elkaar verbonden, als bedrijfsruimte voor de orgelmakerij. Ook werd de zolderverdieping uitgebroken om hoogte te winnen. In de werkplaats werden de wijzigingen zo uitgevoerd, dat de oorspronkelijke toestand terug te brengen is.
Omschrijving
DIACONIEHUISJES: rechthoekig bouwdeel, waarvan de rechterzijgevel is afgeschuind en het water-en-vuurhuisje uit de as tegen de voorgevel geplaatst is. Dit huisje op vierkante plattegrond heeft een ingang in het midden en een trapgevel. Aan de gevel zijn waarschijnlijk oudere (zeventiende eeuwse) onderdelen verwerkt zoals negblokken en rozetten. De pinakel van de trapgevel wordt bekroond door een (vernieuwde) bol. Op de begane grond bevindt zich in een hoek een eenvoudig schouwtje met een draperie in Lodewijk XVI-stijl als versiering. Van de diaconiehuisjes zijn alleen de buitenmuren, een deur, een venster en de dakconstructie over. De werkplaats is opgebouwd uit gele baksteen. Er is in de voorgevel een deur en in de rechterzijgevel een venster met enig empire-ornament.

Introduction
A building component situated at the rear courtyard behind the main object, consisting of FOUR FORMER DIACONATE HOUSES WITH FRONT-PLACED WATER AND FIRE HOUSE, a two-storey articulation from 1968, a WORKSHOP on rectangular foundation from the nineteenth century and modern extension. All these components are connected to each other by means of openings, serving as workshop space for the organ-making business. The attic storey was also opened up to gain height. In the workshop the alterations were carried out in such a way that the original condition can be restored.
Description
DIACONATE HOUSES: rectangular building component, of which the right side wall is cut at an angle and the water and fire house is positioned against the front facade from the axis. This house on square plan has an entrance in the centre and a stepped gable. Probably older (seventeenth-century) components are incorporated in the facade such as corner blocks and rosettes. The pinnacle of the stepped gable is crowned by a (renewed) sphere. On the ground floor there is a simple fireplace in a corner with drapery in Louis XVI-style as ornamentation. Of the diaconate houses only the outer walls, a door, a window and the roof truss structure remain. The workshop is built up from yellow brick. There is a door in the front facade and a window with some empire ornament in the right side facade.
