In aanleg 18e eeuws, twee bouwlagen tellend, pand op rechthoekige plattegrond en gedekt door een pannen belegd schilddak. Deur met bovenlicht en rechtgesloten T-vensters met 1,5 steens hanekammen; geprofileerde gootlijst; dakkapel.
