Omschrijving
Het FABRIEKSGEBOUW (karnemelk en pap, 1930, functionele baksteen-architectuur) op rechthoekige plattegrond is opgetrokken in rode baksteen op een trasraam van bruine baksteen en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak waarop zwarte Friese golfpannen; houten goot; strakke houten windveren; op het dak een beschoten houten ontluchtingskap onder zadeldak. Zowel de voor- als achtergevel worden door gemetselde muurdammen in vijf gevelvelden verdeeld. De gevels worden geleed door liggende tweedelige vensters (oorspronkelijk roedenverdeling) onder één rollaag van donkere baksteen.
Centraal in de voorgevel (oostzijde) twee tweedelige vensters met aan weerszijden twee houten deuren met ijzeren gehengen onder één rollaag van donkere baksteen en twee tweedelige vensters. Voor de gevel een laadvloer.
In zowel de zuid- als noordgevel in een uitgespaard gevelveld twee dichtgemetselde vensters.
Tegen de achtergevel (westzijde) een niet-originele houten aanbouw (niet beschermd).

Fabrieksgebouw voor karnemelk en pap van algemeen belang vanwege architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde:

The FACTORY BUILDING (buttermilk and pap, 1930, functional brick architecture) on a rectangular plan is constructed in red brick on a tuff frame of brown brick and is covered by a gabled roof with black Frisian roof tiles; wooden gutter; tight wooden wind braces; on the roof a boarded wooden ventilation hood under a gabled roof. Both the front and rear facades are divided by moulded brick piers into five facade bays. The facades are articulated by horizontal two-part windows (originally with glazing bars) under one course of dark brick.
Centrally in the front facade (east side) two two-part windows with on either side two wooden doors with iron hinges under one course of dark brick and two two-part windows. In front of the facade a loading floor.
In both the south and north facades in a recessed facade bay two bricked-up windows.
Against the rear facade (west side) a non-original wooden extension (not protected).
