DOUANEHUISJE (1900/1910) op rechthoekige plattegrond heeft beschoten wanden op een betonnen trasraam en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak waarop niet-originele dakbedekking. In de oost- en zuidgevel een opgeklampte houten deur met tweeruits bovenlicht en ijzeren gehengen. Aan de noordzijde een vierruits venster.

Douanehuisje van algemeen belang vanwege cultuurhistorische waarde:
- als voorbeeld van een douanehuisje uit het begin van de twintigste eeuw in de provincie Groningen

CUSTOMS HOUSE (1900/1910) on a rectangular plan has rendered walls on a concrete tufa frame and is covered by a gabled roof with non-original roof covering. In the east and south facades a clamped wooden door with two-pane fanlight and iron hinges. On the north side a four-pane window.
