Het PARK met BRUGGETJE, onderdeel van het complex van de Marthastichting, ligt oostelijk van de Raadhuisstraat en zuidelijk van de W.M. Offringalaan. In de parkaanleg neemt het Centrale Gebouw (KINDERTEHUIS) letterlijk een centrale plaats in. Langs de noordrand van de aanleg (parallel aan de Offringalaan) zijn respectievelijk de villa met koetshuis, het Emmahuis en de tuinmanswoning met boomgaard gesitueerd; aan de zuidoostkant ligt de Koningin Wilhelminaschool met dienstwoning. Alle gevels van deze panden zijn met het front naar het park gekeerd, waarvandaan verschillende zichten op het park zijn gecreëerd. De parkaanleg was oorspronkelijk onderdeel van het buiten Rijnstroom, dat sinds 1897 dienst deed als directeurswoning van de Marthastichting. In deze tijd is naar ontwerp van tuinarchitect Copijn uit Groenekan een nieuwe aanleg in Engelse Landschapsstijl gerealiseerd. De kern van deze aanleg wordt gevormd door een lobvormige vijver, waarvanaf de achterkant (zuidwest) van het Centrale Gebouw fraaie zichten worden verkregen. Deze vijver maakt deel uit van een langgerekte door het park slingerende vijver met versmallingen die worden overspannen door in totaal drie bruggetjes. Eén BRUGGETJE, direct zuidelijk van het centrale gebouw, dateert uit het begin van de 20ste eeuw. De boogbrug is opgetrokken in rode baksteen met kunststenen aanzetstenen, muurankers en stalen hekjes.
Slingerpaden verbinden de verschillende (bij)gebouwen met elkaar en maken wandelingen mogelijk langs de waterpartijen en gazons.
Langs de paden en waterkanten staan beuken. Zuidelijk van het centrale gebouw, aan de overkant van het water staan linden; oostelijk daarvan kastanjes; aan de noordzijde een taxusgroep en een treurwilg.

The PARK with SMALL BRIDGE, part of the complex of the Martha Foundation, lies east of the Raadhuisstraat and south of the W.M. Offringalaan. In the park layout, the Central Building (CHILDREN'S HOME) literally occupies a central place.
