Op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken KOETSHUIS van gepleisterde baksteen bestaande uit één bouwlaag met zolderverdieping onder een overstekend, driezijdig schilddak bedekt met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen en deels zinken platen. De gootlijst rust op geprofileerde consoles met een wafelmotief in de zijkant. Het pand heeft een samengestelde plattegrond met aan de linker gevel (west) een krimp ter plaatse van het woonhuis (zuid) en een risalerend volume onder een steekkap dat het koetshuis gedeelte markeert (noord). De hoeken van de bouwvolumes zijn versierd met een blokmotief in de pleisterlaag. Het pand staat op een plint, rondom het pand is een waterdorpel langs de onderdorpels van de vensters aangebracht en een cordonlijst die met de bovenzijde van de getoogde vensters meeloopt. Enkele vensters zijn nog voorzien van vier duimen van de voormalig luiken.
Voorgevel met twee vensters op de begane grond en serliana binnen een verdiept veld in de top. Daarboven een topversiering met decoratief houtsnijwerk en een makelaar.
De linker zijkant van het pand heeft een venster in de zijgevel van de krimp en ter plaatse van het woonhuis drie vensters en een deur onder een bovenlicht. Het dakschild boven deze gevel is verhoogd waardoor een brede dakkapel is ontstaan voorzien van geschakelde vierruits vensters. De risalerende gevel van het koetshuis is voorzien van twee dubbele getoogde segmentboogvormige inrijdeuren onder een geprofileerde lijst met sluitsteentjes. Daarboven twee geschakelde keperboogvormige luiken met venstertjes binnen een verdiept veld. Tussen beide deuren en vensters is een liseen met blokmotief aangebracht eindigend bij een terracotta paardenhoofd. Het terugspringende linker bouwdeel heeft een deur met drielicht bovenlicht en drie blinde vensters waar in het bovenste deel een gietijzeren stalvenster geplaatst is.
In de rechter zijgevel van het woonhuisgedeelte zijn drie venster geplaatst. Daarboven is het dakschild opgelicht en in de verhoogde gepleisterde gevel zijn drie vensters onder een tweelicht bovenlicht geplaatst. De entree die zich tussen de gevel van het woonhuis en de stal bevindt heeft een paneeldeur onder een bovenlicht gevuld met glas-in-lood en is toegankelijk via zes treden eindigend in een bordes. In de gevel van de stal zijn vier ijzeren getoogde stalvensters geplaatst en een deur onder een getoogd bovenlicht. De achtergevel heeft een nieuwere rechtgesloten staldeur en daarboven een dakkapel met een hooiluik.
INTERIEUR met oorspronkelijke indeling, marmeren vloer in de gang. Het bovenlicht van de tochtdeur is gevuld met gegraveerd glas van Bouvy uit Dordrecht. In de keuken zijn de oorspronkelijke keukenkastjes aanwezig en het granito aanrecht.

Het koetshuis is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde wegens de herkenbare oorspronkelijke functie behorend bij de directeurswoning.

Description
Coach house built on a rectangular ground plan of plastered brickwork consisting of one storey with attic storey under an overhanging, three-sided hipped roof covered with dampened Dutch tiles and partly zinc plates. The gutter moulding rests on profiled consoles with a waffle motif on the side. The building has a complex floor plan with a contraction on the left facade (west) at the location of the residential building (south) and a projecting volume under a pitched roof which marks the coach house section (north). The corners of the building volumes are decorated with a block motif in the plaster layer. The building stands on a plinth, around the building a drip moulding runs along the sub-eaves of the windows and a cordonline which runs with the top of the arched windows. Some windows are still provided with four inches of the former shutters.
Front facade with two windows on the ground floor and serliana within a recessed field at the apex. Above it a top decoration with decorative woodcarving and a weathervane.
The left side of the building has a window in the side facade of the contraction and at the location of the residential building three windows and a door under a fanlight. The roof slope above this facade is raised, creating a wide roof dormer provided with linked four-light windows. The projecting facade of the coach house is provided with two double arched segmental arch entrance doors under a profiled moulding with keystones. Above it two linked herringbone arch shutters with small windows within a recessed field. Between both doors and windows a pilaster strip with block motif has been placed ending at a terracotta horse's head. The recessed left building section has a door with three-light fanlight and three blind windows with a cast iron stable window placed in the upper part.
In the right side facade of the residential building section three windows are placed. Above it the roof slope is raised and in the raised plastered facade three windows under a two-light fanlight are placed. The entrance which is located between the facade of the residential building and the stable has a panelled door under a fanlight filled with leaded glass and is accessible via six steps ending in a platform. In the facade of the stable are four iron arched stable windows and a door under an arched fanlight. The rear facade has a newer straight-headed stable door and above it a roof dormer with a hay loft door.
INTERIOR with original layout, marble floor in the hallway. The fanlight of the draught door is filled with engraved glass by Bouvy from Dordrecht. In the kitchen the original kitchen cabinets and the granito worktop are present.
