Inleiding
PASTORIE gebouwd omstreeks 1870 naar ontwerp van architect E.J. Margry, in sobere Neo-Gotische trant. De pastorie behoort met de links aangebouwde kerk tot het kerkelijk complex H. Bartholomeus, dat teruggerooid ligt op ongeveer 25 meter van de weg. Rechts van de pastorie ligt een smalle sloot.
Omschrijving
Gedeeltelijk onderkelderde pastorie van drie bouwlagen op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een samengestelde kap bestaande uit schild- en zadeldaken met de nokrichting dwars op de rooilijn. De dakschilden zijn belegd met leien in Maasdekking. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in grauwe baksteen in kruisverband.
De symmetrische voorgevel bestaat uit twee risalerende puntgevels gescheiden door een rechtafgesloten middendeel van één vensteras breedte. De beide puntgevels hebben op de begane grond, in de eerste en de tweede bouwlaag twee T-vensters met glas-in-lood onder segmentbogen. De sierstenen en de lekdorpels zijn van hardsteen, net als de cordonlijst tussen de begane grond en de eerste verdieping. In het metselwerk lijsten van muizen- en bloktanden, de lijst op goothoogte is samengesteld. In de topgevels vierruits vensters met hardstenen kalf onder tweeruits keperboogvormige bovenlichten. De topgevels worden bekroond door hardstenen pirons. Op de gevelhoeken gelede steunberen. De in de eerste bouwlaag centraal geplaatste paneeldeur onder segmentboog, met smeedijzeren deurrooster, bevindt zich achter een houten tochtportaal met lessenaardak.
De rechter zijgevel (zuid) heeft twee uitgemetselde rookkanalen, een T-venster als in de voorgevel, twee ramen met diefijzers onder getoogde, steens strekken en sierlijsten als in de voorgevel.
De achtergevel is vergelijkbaar opgezet als de voorgevel maar heeft op de begane grond twee grote getoogde vensters, geen tochtportaal en op de verdieping een muurdam minder vanwege de aansluiting tegen de kerk.
De linker zijgevel aan de kerkzijde heeft twee uitgemetselde rookkanalen, twee schuiframen en een klein venster.
Van het interieur is onder meer nog bewaard gebleven de oorspronkelijke indeling met rondboog doorgangen, een houten trap en binnendeuren, stucwerk met reliëfs en de betegelde lambrizering.

The parsonage, together with the church adjoined on the left, forms part of the ecclesiastical complex H. Bartholomaeus, which is set back approximately 25 metres from the road. To the right of the parsonage there is a narrow ditch.
Description
Partially cellared parsonage of three storeys on a rectangular ground plan under a composite roof consisting of hipped and gabled roofs with the ridge direction transverse to the building line. The roof hips are laid with slates in Dutch bond. The facades are constructed in grey brickwork in flemish bond.
The symmetrical front facade consists of two projecting pointed gables separated by a straight-topped central section of one window range width. Both pointed gables have on the ground floor, on the first and second storeys two T-windows with leaded glass under segmental arches. The decorative stones and the water table moulds are of hardstone, as is the string course between the ground floor and the first floor. In the masonry bands of mouse-tooth and block-tooth, the band at gutter height is composite. In the top gables four-pane windows with hardstone mullion under two-pane chevron-arch-shaped fanlights. The top gables are crowned by hardstone finials. Articulated buttresses on the facade corners. The panel door centrally placed on the first storey under segmental arch, with wrought-iron door grille, is located behind a wooden draught lobby with monopitch roof.
The right side facade (south) has two masoned chimney stacks, a T-window as in the front facade, two windows with anti-theft bars under segmental, brick courses and decorative bands as in the front facade.
The rear facade is set up similarly to the front facade but has on the ground floor two large segmental windows, no draught lobby and on the first floor one string course less because of the junction with the church.
The left side facade on the church side has two masoned chimney stacks, two sash windows and a small window.
Of the interior, the original layout with round-arch passages, a wooden staircase and internal doors, stucco work with reliefs and the tiled wainscoting have been preserved.
