Omschrijving
Ned.Herv.Kerk, gebouwd 1894 in traditionele trant bij vroeg 16e eeuwse toren. Eenvoudig zaalkerkje van vier traveeën met spitsboogvensters, steunberen en muizetandfriezen, onder met leien gedekt zadeldak met dakkapellen, klein roosvenster in top achtergevel. Aan achterzijde aangebouwd lage pastorie in zelfde trant doch met zesruitsschuifvensters en getoogde strekken, onder schilddak. Inwendig is de kerk gepleisterd en voorzien van een houten kap met gesneden consoles en trekstangen. Tot het interieur behoren voorts: preekstoel, 17e eeuws; twee koperen lezenaars en twee koperen kaarsenstandaards, ca.1700; herenbank en gebodenbord, beide 17e eeuws. Eenklaviers orgel, in 1763 gemaakt door P. van Assendelft. Het kerkterrein heeft aan de noordzijde een smeedijzeren hek waarin een dubbele hekdeur tussen twee smeedijzeren gecanneleerde hekpijlers is geplaatst. Op de hekwerkpijlers staat een dubbel, baluster- en peervormig siermotief. Het ten zuiden van de kerk gelegen kerkhof is door een smeedijzeren hekwerk van het kerkterrein gescheiden. Dit hek heeft twee hekdeuren met spijlen. Tussen deze spijlen zijn in halfronde vorm twee maal zeven ringen aangebracht, terwijl de vleugelstukken zijn uitgevoerd met tegen elkaar indraaiende krul- en vraagtekenmotieven.

Description
Dutch Reformed Church, built 1894 in traditional style with early 16th-century tower. Simple hall church of four bays with pointed arch windows, buttresses and brick-toothed friezes, under a gabled roof covered with slates with roof dormers, small rose window in the top of the rear facade. On the rear side a low parsonage attached in the same style but with six-pane sash windows and arched stretches, under a hipped roof. Interior of the church is rendered and provided with a wooden roof with carved consoles and tie-rods. The interior also includes: pulpit, 17th-century; two brass lecterns and two brass candlesticks, circa 1700; gentlemen's bench and communion board, both 17th-century. Single-manual organ, made in 1763 by P. van Assendelft. The churchyard has on the north side a wrought-iron gate in which a double gate door is placed between two wrought-iron fluted gate piers. A double, baluster- and pear-shaped ornamental motif stands on the gate piers. The churchyard to the south of the church is separated from the church grounds by wrought-iron fencing. This gate has two gate doors with spikes. Between these spikes twice seven rings are arranged in semi-circular form, while the wing pieces are executed with curling- and question-mark motifs turned against each other.
