LABOURER'S DWELLING ''t Voerhuis', dating from the second half of the 19th century, located on the western edge of a dune reclamation. The residential house located at the T-junction of the Boerderijlaan and the Middenweg is presumed to have been built as a farmworker's dwelling near the stolp farmhouse "de Kruisberg" from 1869 located approximately 50 metres to the south-west. Later the building was long used (partially) as storage space for animal feed used in hunting. From this it derives its name "'t Voerhuis".

Description Residential house built on a nearly rectangular ground plan of one storey under a gabled roof covered with red Dutch tiles that above the kitchen extension to the rear right is lower and drawn through under a reduced pitch. A square chimney stands in the middle of the ridge. The front and rear gables are built up in red machine-made brick, waal format in half-brick bond with struck and full joint respectively. The masonry of the left side gable (SW) is identical to the front gable at the bottom and executed above in secondarily worked yellow and red hand-moulded bricks. The likewise half-brick right side gable (NE) is built up in red hand-moulded brick of 22 by 5 cm and full jointed. Wall anchors have been installed at the level of the floor in all gables except the last. From the position of the wall anchors it is evident that the floor in the left (barn) section of the house lies lower. Also, several wall anchors have been installed here in the front and rear gables low to the ground. The front gable (SE) has four nine-pane sash windows: one on the left and in the middle, and two on the right, at the location of the living room. Above the gable is a zinc mastgutter. The side gables executed as gables at the top are provided with smooth wind binders. In the right side gable (NE) are a nine-pane sash window and above a four-pane casement window with a three-pane fanlight.
