Omschrijving
DIENSTWONING en PAARDENSTAL uit het einde van de negentiende eeuw. De paardenstal staat rechts achter het huis, tegen de bosrand.
Het huis heeft een T-vormige plattegrond. De voorgevel van het woonhuis bevindt zich parallel aan de Lochemseweg. Het zadeldak van het voorhuis en het afgewolfde dak van het achterhuis zijn belegd met gesmoorde kruispannen. Door het linkerschild van het dak van het achterhuis steekt een schoorsteen waarnaast een klein dakraam is aangebracht. Op het achterschild van het dak van het voorhuis bevinden zich zowel links als rechts van de nok van het achterhuis een schoorsteen. De voorgevel heeft een middenrisaliet dat doorloopt tot de zolderverdieping en middels een opbouw door het dak heensteekt. de opbouw heeft een zadeldakje welke ook loodrecht staat op het voorhuisdak. De gevels zijn in kruisverband gemetseld. Zowel het voorhuis als het achterhuis hebben een doorlopende blauwgrijs gepleisterde plint. De ramen op de benedenverdieping van het voorhuis zijn voorzien van luiken. Ter plaatse van de bovendorpels van de ramen bevinden zich gele verblendsteenbanden. Het fries wordt benadrukt door gele verblendsteendecoratie en rechthoekige geschilderde gevelvlakken.
De VOORGEVEL is symmetrisch en heeft een middenrisaliet met daarin de voordeur en daarboven een raam. De voordeur heeft een zesruits bovenlicht. De voordeur bevindt zich in een segmentboogvormige deuropening. De afsluitende segmentboog is, evenals de overige segmentbogen in de gevels van het voorhuis, voorzien van in gele verblendsteen uitgevoerde aanzet- en sluitstenen en koppen. Aan weerszijden van de voordeur bevinden zich in het risaliet een aantal versierende elementen. Boven de plint is een witgepleisterd vierkant aangebracht met daarboven een uitkragende rollaag welke als rollaag doorloopt in de overige gevels. Hierboven bevindt zich een ondiepe, smalle, hoge witgepleisterde nis. Aan de onderzijde is deze nis afgesloten met een stenen onderdorpel, aan de bovenzijde door een witte gepleisterde band met geometrische figuren, waarin de nis in een puntje toeloopt. Boven de witte band is een kleinere en eveneens gepleisterde nis aangebracht met een getrapte afsluiting aan de bovenzijde. Het stolpraam boven de voordeur heeft een 8 ruits bovenlicht. De halfronde boogvulling bestaat uit metselwerk van donkere en lichte baksteenkoppen in dambordpatroon. De onderdorpel is van steen waaronder een wit gepleisterde rechthoek. Links en rechts van de voordeur bevindt zich een gemoderniseerd T-schuifraam waarvan het bovenraam een 8-ruits verdeling heeft. De vensters hebben een stenen onderdorpel.
De LINKERZIJGEVEL van het voorhuis heeft op de benedenverdieping twee ramen als in de voorgevel waartussen een smalle gepleisterde en rondbogig afgesloten nis. Onder het linkerraam bevindt zich een rechthoekig kelderlicht in de plint. Ter plaatse van de zolderverdieping is in het midden een segmentboogvormige stolpraam met een 8-ruits bovenlicht aangebracht. Dit venster wordt, evenals aan de andere zijgevel, aan beide zijden geflankeerd door een driehoekige decoratie in gele verblendsteen. Het dakoverstek wordt afgesloten met een eenvoudig sierspant met makelaar. De zijgevel van het achterhuis bevat een tweetal getoogde stalraampjes van gietijzer met een stenen onderdorpel en een rechthoekig venster met een stenen onderdorpel en een half steens rollaag. De indeling van de ACHTERGEVEL van het achterhuis is gewijzigd. De getoogde staldeur rechts en het ronde venster in de geveltop zijn origineel. De plaats van de oorspronkelijke staldeuren in het midden is nog in het metselwerk zichtbaar. De opening is dichtgemetseld en vervangen door een deur met zijlicht. Links van die deur is een rechthoekig venster aangebracht en de linker staldeur is eveneens dichtgemetseld.
De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL van het voorhuis is identiek aan de linker zijgevel van het voorhuis. De rechter zijgevel van het achterhuis is gewijzigd. De stalramen hebben plaats gemaakt voor grote rechthoekige ramen met raamdorpelstenen en steens rollagen. Tussen de twee ramen is een nieuwe deur aangebracht.
De rechthoekige gepleisterde PAARDENSTAL, wordt tegenwoordig als schuur benut. Het pand heeft een blinde rechterzij- en achtergevel. In het pleisterwerk zijn bakstenen sierbanden vrijgelaten. De brede voorgevel heeft segmentboogvormige staldeuren met daarboven een Vlaamse gevel met een dubbel segmentboogvormig luik met daarboven een hijsbalk. Aan weerszijden van de staldeuren bevinden zich twee getoogde 6-ruits ijzeren stalramen. De linkergevel heeft twee boven elkaar gesitueerde rechthoekige deuropeningen. Zowel het zadeldak van de stal als van het Vlaams geveltje zijn met gesmoorde oud hollandse pannen gedekt. De eindgevels zijn met baksteen afgedekt.

SERVANTS' HOUSE and HORSE STABLE from the end of the nineteenth century. The horse stable stands to the rear right of the house, against the woodland edge.
The house has a T-shaped ground plan. The front facade of the residential house is parallel to the Lochemseweg. The gabled roof of the front house and the half-hipped roof of the rear house are covered with smothered crossed pantiles. Through the left slope of the roof of the rear house runs a chimney next to which a small roof window has been installed. On the rear slope of the roof of the front house are chimneys on both sides of the ridge of the rear house. The front facade has a central projection that runs through to the attic storey and projects through the roof by means of a superstructure. The superstructure has a small gabled roof which also stands perpendicular to the front house roof. The facades are laid in cross bond. Both the front house and the rear house have a continuous blue-grey plastered plinth. The windows on the ground floor of the front house are fitted with shutters. At the level of the upper sills of the windows are yellow decorative brick bands. The frieze is emphasized by yellow decorative brick ornamentation and rectangular painted facade panels.
The FRONT FACADE is symmetrical and has a central projection containing the front door and a window above it. The front door has a six-light fanlight. The front door is located in a segmental arch-shaped door opening. The closing segmental arch is, like the other segmental arches in the facades of the front house, provided with setting and keystone courses and arched voussoirs executed in yellow decorative brick. On either side of the front door are a number of decorative elements in the projection. Above the plinth is a white-plastered square with above it an overhanging roll moulding which continues as a roll moulding in the other facades. Above this is a shallow, narrow, tall white-plastered niche. On its underside this niche is closed with a stone sill, on the top by a white plastered band with geometric figures, in which the niche tapers to a point. Above the white band is a smaller and likewise plastered niche with a stepped closure at the top. The multi-pane window above the front door has an 8-light fanlight. The semi-circular arch fill consists of brickwork of dark and light brick voussoirs in a chequerboard pattern. The sill is of stone below which is a white plastered rectangle. Left and right of the front door is a modernized T-sash window where the upper sash has an 8-light division. The windows have a stone sill.
The LEFT SIDE FACADE of the front house has on the ground floor two windows as in the front facade between which is a narrow plastered and rounded arch-shaped niche. Below the left window is a rectangular cellar light in the plinth. At the level of the attic storey is in the middle a segmental arch-shaped multi-pane window with an 8-light fanlight. This window is, as on the other side facade, flanked on both sides by a triangular decoration in yellow decorative brick. The roof overhang is closed off with a simple decorative brace with a tie-rod. The side facade of the rear house contains two segmental arch-shaped stable windows of cast iron with a stone sill and a rectangular window with a stone sill and a half-brick roll moulding. The arrangement of the REAR FACADE of the rear house has been modified. The segmental arch-shaped stable door to the right and the round window in the gable top are original. The location of the original stable doors in the middle is still visible in the brickwork. The opening has been bricked up and replaced by a door with a sidelight. To the left of that door is a rectangular window and the left stable door has likewise been bricked up.
The RIGHT SIDE FACADE of the front house is identical to the left side facade of the front house. The right side facade of the rear house has been modified. The stable windows have been replaced by large rectangular windows with window sill stones and stone roll mouldings. Between the two windows is a new door.
The rectangular plastered HORSE STABLE is nowadays used as a storage building. The building has a blind right side and rear facade. Decorative brick bands are left visible in the plasterwork. The broad front facade has segmental arch-shaped stable doors with above them a Flemish gable with a double segmental arch-shaped shutter with a hoist beam above. On either side of the stable doors are two segmental arch-shaped 6-light iron stable windows. The left facade has two rectangular door openings situated one above the other. Both the gabled roof of the stable and of the Flemish gablette are covered with smothered old Dutch pantiles. The end facades are capped with brick.
