Het KOETSHUIS met rechthoekige plattegrond bestaat uit één bouwlaag. De gevels met trasraam en rollaag zijn opgetrokken in kruisverband en eindigen in een bakgoot op klossen en een schilddak gedekt met leien in maasdekking. De zijschilden van het dak zijn ter plaatse van de voorgevel gedeeltelijk doorgetrokken en eindigen in een zadeldakje. Centraal op de nok met decoratieve, zinken uiteinden bevindt zich een ontluchtingskoker afgesloten door een met leien gedekt vierzijdig klokdak. Op beide zijschilden bevindt zich een vierkante bakstenen schoorsteenschacht.
Centraal in de symmetrische VOORGEVEL bevinden zich drie grote centrale korfboogvormige ingangen met houten dubbele geklampte deuren met aan de bovenzijde een glasindeling. De middelste doorgang heeft schampstenen aan weerszijden. Alle ontlastingsbogen zijn voorzien van wit gepleisterde aanzet- en sluitstenen. In het dakschild boven de centrale ingang bevindt zich een dakkapel met een twaalf-ruits stolpraam aanweerszijden geflankeerd door een zes-ruits raam. In het fronton van de dakkapel bevindt zich een hijsbalk. Aan weerszijden van de drie ingangen bevindt zich een gevelvlak begrensd door lisenen die aan de bovenzijde, onder de bakgoot op klossen, met elkaar verbonden zijn door een uitkragend bakstenen fries. In het spaarveld bevindt zich een kleinere rondboogvormige ingang met een dubbele rechthoekige houten deur en een meerruits bovenlicht. Boven het spaarveld bevindt zich een rond negen- ruits tuimelraam in de geveltop.
In de LINKERZIJGEVEL bevinden zich vijf rechthoekige getraliede vensteropeningen met negen-ruits valramen. Description
The CARRIAGE HOUSE with rectangular floor plan consists of one storey. The facades with sill stone and drip moulding are constructed in English bond and end in a brick cornice on corbels and a hipped roof covered with slate in Dutch bond. The roof flanks are partially extended at the location of the front facade and end in a small gabled roof. Centrally on the ridge with decorative zinc terminals there is a ventilation pipe closed off by a four-sided bell roof covered with slate. On both roof flanks there is a square brick chimney shaft.
Centrally in the symmetrical FRONT FACADE there are three large central arched entrances with wooden double riveted doors with glass infill at the top. The middle passage has corner stones on both sides. All relieving arches are provided with white plastered corner and keystone. In the roof flank above the central entrance there is a roof dormer with a twelve-pane attic window on both sides flanked by a six-pane window. In the pediment of the roof dormer there is a hoisting beam. On both sides of the three entrances there is a facade surface bounded by pilasters which at the top, under the brick cornice on corbels, are connected to each other by a projecting brick frieze. In the spandrel field there is a smaller round arch-shaped entrance with a double rectangular wooden door and a multi-pane fanlight. Above the spandrel field there is a round nine-pane hopper window in the gable top.
In the LEFT SIDE FACADE there are five rectangular barred window openings with nine-pane drop sashes. On the ground floor there is one recently added single-pane window. In the REAR FACADE there are multiple barred rectangular window openings with nine-pane drop sashes with on the left and right on the ground floor a projection with wooden sloping roof as shutter.
In the RIGHT SIDE FACADE there are three rectangular barred window openings with nine-pane sashes and a side door with nine-pane fanlight.
The INTERIOR is in the original state.
