DIENSTWONING behorende tot de buitenplaats Klein Drakenstein. In de meest noordelijke hoek van het terrein bevindt zich een ornamentele, rood bakstenen dienstwoning op rechthoekige grondslag, voorzien van speklagen en daterend uit de 19de eeuw. Het pand bestaat uit één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder een met blauwe pannen gedekt schilddak met overstek en heeft aan de lange, noordoostelijke gevel een risalerende middenpartij van een enkele travee breed, die door de daklijst heenbreekt en gedekt wordt door een steekkap met overstek, gedekt door blauwe pannen. De hoofdingang bevindt zich in de risalerende middenpartij en gaat vooraf door een portiek. Op begane grond niveau zijn de gevels voorzien van meerruits schuifvensters met luiken, voorzien van een dubbel rood-wit zandlopermotief. De eindgevels en de hoge middenpartij zijn op de kapverdieping voorzien van een meerruits draaivenster. Aan de achterzijde bevindt zich een lage aanbouw onder een lessenaarsdak.

Description
SERVANTS' COTTAGE belonging to the country estate Klein Drakenstein. In the most northerly corner of the grounds stands an ornamental servants' cottage of red brick on a rectangular plan, provided with stretcher courses and dating from the 19th century. The building consists of one storey and an attic storey under a hipped roof covered with blue tiles with overhang and has on the long north-east facing facade a projecting central section of a single bay wide, which breaks through the cornice and is covered by a gable with overhang, covered with blue tiles. The main entrance is located in the projecting central section and is preceded by a portico. On the ground floor the facades are provided with multi-pane sash windows with shutters, decorated with a double red and white hourglass motif. The end facades and the tall central section are provided on the attic storey with a multi-pane casement window. On the rear side there is a low extension under a lean-to roof.
