Omschrijving
DIENSTWONING behorende tot de buitenplaats Klein Drakenstein. Ter rechterzijde van het koetshuis en daar vrijwel op aansluitend een wit gepleisterde, kleine dienstwoning op rechthoekige grondslag, daterend uit de negentiende eeuw. Het huisje bestaat uit één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder een met rode pannen gedekt zadeldak. In de voorgevel twee schuifvensters met halve luiken, waarin een roodwit zandlopermotief. Ter hoogte van de zolderverdieping, centraal, een meerruitsvenster. In de rechter zijgevel twee schuifvensters met halve luiken als in de voorgevel, één van beide vensters is smaller uitgevoerd, voorts een toegangsdeur met bovenlicht onder een met rode pannen gedekt afdakje. In het dakschild een dakkapel met drie meerruitsvensters.

SERVANTS' COTTAGE belonging to the country estate Klein Drakenstein. To the right side of the coach house and virtually adjoining it, a white-rendered small servants' cottage on a rectangular plan, dating from the nineteenth century. The cottage consists of one storey and an attic storey under a gabled roof covered with red tiles. In the front facade two sash windows with half-shutters, decorated with a red and white hourglass motif. At the level of the attic storey, centrally, a multi-pane window. In the right side facade two sash windows with half-shutters as in the front facade, one of the two windows is narrower, and furthermore an entrance door with a fanlight under a small roof covered with red tiles. In the roof slope a roof dormer with three multi-pane windows.
