Aan de rand van de aanleg staat een 18de-eeuwse BOERDERIJ op langgerekte plattegrond. De op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken witgepleisterde (bakstenen) boerderij met zwarte plint bestaat uit één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder een met pannen gedekt zadeldak met topgevels; tegen kopse zijgevel (O) zijn twee aanbouwen onder zadeldakjes met overstek voorzien van geschulpte windveren. Na brand in 1967 is de boerderij sterk gerestaureerd waarbij kap en vensters zijn vernieuwd; inwendig is de scheidingsmuur evenals het niveauverschil van de zoldervloer tussen stal- en woondeel gehandhaafd; in het staldeel worden spanten en balken aan één zijde gedragen door een rij standvinken die in de lengte van de boerderij over verschillende vloerniveau's doorlopen. Regelmatig ingedeelde voorgevel.

Description
On the edge of the layout stands an 18th-century FARMHOUSE on an elongated ground plan. The whitewashed (brick) farmhouse built on a rectangular base with a black plinth consists of one storey and a roof storey under a pantile-covered gabled roof with gable ends; against the end gable (E) are two outbuildings under small gabled roofs with overhang fitted with scalloped wind braces. Following a fire in 1967 the farmhouse was extensively restored whereby the roof truss structure and windows were renewed; internally the dividing wall as well as the floor level difference between the stable and residential parts were retained; in the stable part the rafters and beams on one side are supported by a row of posts that run the length of the farmhouse across several floor levels.
