Omschrijving onderdeel 10: PORTIERSWONING behorende tot recreatiepark en voormalige buitenplaats Te Werve.
Aan het begin van de oprijlaan aan de Van Vredenburchweg staat een portierswoning uit het begin van de 20ste eeuw gebouwd in historiserende stijl. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken witgepleisterde pand bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een rieten wolfdak met bakstenen nokvorst. De drie-assige voorgevel, parallel aan de oprijlaan, heeft centraal de toegangsdeur met daarboven een opgelicht halfrond dakschild. De gevels zijn voorzien van kruis- en kloostervensters met luiken met een rondboog tracering in het bovenlicht.

Description component 10: PORTER'S LODGE belonging to recreation park and former country estate Te Werve.
At the beginning of the driveway on the Van Vredenburchweg stands a porter's lodge built in the early 20th century in historicizing style. The building erected on a rectangular ground plan consists of one storey under a thatched half-hipped roof with brick ridge tile. The three-bay front facade, parallel to the driveway, has centrally the entrance door with above it an illuminated semicircular roof shield. The facades are provided with cross windows and cloister windows with shutters with a round arch tracery in the fanlight.
