Omschrijving
Omschrijving onderdeel 1: HOOFDGEBOUW (Te Werve).
Witgepleisterd, onderkelderd hoofdgebouw in oorsprong daterend uit de 15de eeuw, met mogelijk in de noordwesthoek 13de-eeuws muurwerk. Het op L-vormige grondslag opgetrokken pand bestaat uit twee bouwlagen onder een met leien (oorspronkelijk Oudhollandse pannen) gedekt schilddak. Het schilddak is na de brand in 1963 afgeplat en voorzien van dakramen. In 1955 en tussen 1981-1982 is het hoofdgebouw gerestaureerd.
In de noordwesthoek van de vleugels staat een toren op vierkante grondslag voorzien van schijnvoegen en een wijzerplaat. De toren is in 1826 gehalveerd en bekroond door een ijzeren balustrade. Rechts van de toren is in 1910 een rechthoekige aanbouw met een getoogde dubbele toegangsdeur opgetrokken, waardoor de toren in de gevelwand is opgenomen. De aangrenzende serre dateert uit 1954 en vervangt een gietijzeren serre uit het begin van de negentiende eeuw, de huidige serre is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang. De gevels van de toren en hoofdingang hebben vensters met roedenverdeling deels voorzien van glas-in-lood. De kopse gevel van de westvleugel heeft een driezijdig erker, die oorspronkelijk boven de gracht hing (zie aquarel D. Gevers, 1824) en thans op de grond rust. De erker wordt bekroond door een ijzeren balustrade van het balkon, waarop een dubbele deur met bovenlicht opent. Voor de erker ligt een terras uit 1910.
De westgevel toont een zeer onregelmatige aanblik met keukenuitbouwen en verschillende typen vensters. De gevel is voorzien van twee luidklokken: een herenklok met de inscriptie 'Soli Deo Gloria 1729' om de landheer te waarschuwen en een kleiner luidklokje voor het personeel. De zes traveeën brede noordgevel kent een symmetrische opbouw van een tweeruits souterrainvenster en twee boven elkaar geplaatste zesruits vensters, de middelste twee traveeën op de verdieping worden gevormd door balkondeuren aan een uitgebouwd balkon met ijzeren balustrade.

Description
Description component 1: MAIN BUILDING (Te Werve).
Whitewashed, cellared main building originally dating from the 15th century, with possibly 13th-century masonry in the northwest corner. The building constructed on an L-shaped ground plan consists of two storeys under a hipped roof covered with slates (originally Oudhollandse tiles). The hipped roof was flattened after the fire of 1963 and provided with roof lights. The main building was restored in 1955 and between 1981-1982.
In the northwest corner of the wings stands a tower on a square ground plan provided with false joints and a clock face. The tower was halved in 1826 and crowned by an iron balustrade. To the right of the tower, in 1910 a rectangular extension with an arched double entrance door was constructed, whereby the tower was incorporated into the facade wall. The adjoining greenhouse dates from 1954 and replaces a cast-iron greenhouse from the early nineteenth century; the current greenhouse is of subordinate importance for protection. The facades of the tower and main entrance have windows with glazing bars partly provided with stained glass. The end gable of the west wing has a three-sided bay window, which originally hung above the moat (see watercolour D. Gevers, 1824) and now rests on the ground. The bay window is crowned by an iron balustrade of the balcony, onto which a double door with fanlight opens. Before the bay window lies a terrace from 1910.
The west facade shows a very irregular appearance with kitchen outbuildings and various types of windows. The facade is provided with two clock bells: a master clock with the inscription 'Soli Deo Gloria 1729' to warn the lord of the manor and a smaller clock bell for the staff. The six-bay-wide north facade shows a symmetrical arrangement of a two-light basement window and two six-light windows placed one above the other; the middle two bays on the storey are formed by balcony doors to a projecting balcony with iron balustrade.
