Omschrijving
Omschrijving onderdeel 9: BRUG MET HEKPIJLERS behorende tot recreatiepark en voormalige buitenplaats Te Werve.
Schuin over de gracht gebouwd in de lijn van de oprijlaan ligt een bakstenen boogbrug uit circa 1726 met natuurstenen afdekplaten waarop een eenvoudige balustrade. Op de brug staan twee hekpijlers opgemetseld van ruitvormige baksteen bekroond door een natuurstenen geprofileerde plaat. Tussen de pijlers een dubbel ijzeren spijlenhek. Oorspronkelijk stonden vier pijlers op de brug, maar de voorste twee zijn aan het begin van de twintigste eeuw afgebroken (alleen de bekroningen resteren).

Description
Description component 9: BRIDGE WITH GATE PIERS belonging to recreation park and former country estate Te Werve.
Built diagonally across the moat in line with the driveway is a brick arch bridge from circa 1726 with natural stone coping on which stands a simple balustrade. On the bridge stand two gate piers of diamond-shaped brick crowned by a profiled natural stone plate. Between the piers a double iron spear fence. Originally four piers stood on the bridge, but the front two were demolished at the beginning of the twentieth century (only the crownings remain).
