Omschrijving
Omschrijving onderdeel 7: BOTENHUIS behorende tot recreatiepark en voormalige buitenplaats Te Werve.
Op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken botenhuis uit 1925, die in twee fasen naar achteren toe is verlengd en thans in gebruik is als schuur. De houten loods staat op een betonnen plint waarop een houten opbouw onder een zadeldak. De voorzijde heeft dubbele deuren met fraai vakwerk en een bovenlicht met roeden.
Waardering
Het BOTENHUIS is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de architectonische vormgeving en materiaalgebruik;
- als gaaf voorbeeld van een botenhuis in een recreatiepark van een grote Nederlandse onderneming;
- vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie met de andere onderdelen van de buitenplaats.

Description
Description component 7: BOAT HOUSE belonging to recreation park and former country estate Te Werve.
Boat house erected on a rectangular ground plan from 1925, which has been extended backwards in two phases and is now in use as a shed. The wooden shed stands on a concrete plinth on which a wooden superstructure is built under a gabled roof. The front has double doors with fine half-timbering and a fanlight with glazing bars.

The BOAT HOUSE is of general importance:
- because of its architectural design and use of materials;
- as a well-preserved example of a boat house in a recreation park of a major Dutch enterprise;
- because of the functional-spatial relationship with the other components of the country estate.
