Vlaamse schuur, ten zuidoosten van de boerderij gelegen, gebouwd in 1831.
Omschrijving
Exterieur Grote schuur op rechthoekige grondslag, oorspronkelijk geheel met hout betimmerd en voorzien van een schilddak (oorspronkelijk met riet gedekt) dat is opgelicht ter plaatse van de doorgangen voor wagens.
Interieur De schuur heeft de oorspronkelijke driebeukige indeling bestaande uit een doorgang ten behoeve van wagens, een middendeel (waarschijnlijk hooitas) en een gedeelte onder hilde. De oorspronkelijke eikenhouten constructie uit 1831, voorzien van gehakte telmerken, is geheel bewaard gebleven. De dekbalken zijn één zijde verlengd om de doorgang mogelijk te maken.
Waardering
De in 1831 gebouwde Vlaamse schuur bij hoeve Grote Muizenberg is van algemeen belang vanwege: - cultuurhistorie, vanwege het bouwtype Vlaamse schuur, typerend voor de omgeving; - architectuur- en bouwhistorie, vanwege de geheel gave eiken constructie; - ensemblewaarden, vanwege de visuele en functionele samenhang met de andere onderdelen van het erf; - gaafheid van de constructie en de hoofdvorm van de schuur.

Exterior Large barn on a rectangular ground plan, originally entirely timber-clad and fitted with a hipped roof (originally thatched) which is raised at the location of the wagon passages.
Interior The barn has the original three-aisle layout consisting of a passage for wagons, a middle section (probably hay loft) and a section under the rafters. The original oak construction from 1831, fitted with hewn carpenters' marks, has been entirely preserved. The roof beams are extended on one side to enable the passage.
Valuation
The Flemish barn built in 1831 at the Grote Muizenberg farm is of general importance because of: - cultural history, because of the building type Flemish barn, typical for the region; - architectural and construction history, because of the entirely well-preserved oak construction; - ensemble values, because of the visual and functional coherence with the other elements of the farmyard; - soundness of the construction and the main form of the barn.
