Het KOETSHUIS is gebouwd op een rechthoekige plattegrond en heeft één bouwlaag onder een zadeldak met de nok haaks op de weg en belegd met pannen. Het gebouw is opgetrokken in crèmekleurige en roze kalkzandsteen gemetseld in kruisverband. Het gebouw bezit een in baksteen uitgevoerd door een rollaag afgesloten trasraam waarin zich in de ZIJGEVELS getoogde kelderlichten bevinden. De bovenliggende in roze kalkzandsteen opgetrokken geveldelen worden verlevendigd door in crèmekleurige kalkzandsteen uitgevoerde speklagen. De VOORGEVEL is asymmetrisch ingedeeld en wordt geflankeerd door vlakke hoekpilasters. De linker gevelhelft heeft een dubbele houten deur waarboven een door een segmentboog afgesloten zesruits bovenlicht. Rechts hiervan bevindt zich een getoogde houten deur. In de topgevel bevinden zich twee door blinde segmentboogjes afgesloten zolderluiken en twee gietijzeren roosvensters. Het overstekende zadeldak wordt afgesloten door windveren en bezit een sierspant met makelaar. Tegen de ACHTERGEVEL is een moderne aanbouw geplaatst. Het INTERIEUR van het gebouw bezit volgens de eigenaar nog oorspronkelijke onderdelen.

Description
The COACH HOUSE was built on a rectangular plan and has one storey under a gabled roof with the ridge perpendicular to the road and covered with tiles. The building is constructed in cream-coloured and pink sandstone laid in alternating bond. The building has a basement section executed in brick concluded with a brick course containing a segmental-arched basement window in which in the GABLES vaulted basement lights are situated. The overlying gable sections constructed in pink sandstone are enlivened by speckle courses executed in cream-coloured sandstone. The FRONT FACADE is asymmetrically arranged and is flanked by flat corner pilasters. The left gable half has a double wooden door above which a six-light fanlight closed by a segmental arch. To the right of this is a vaulted wooden door. In the gable top are two sash windows closed by blind segmental arches and two cast-iron grille windows. The overhanging gabled roof is concluded by wind braces and has an ornamental tie-beam with brackets. Against the REAR FACADE a modern extension has been placed. The INTERIOR of the building according to the owner still possesses original components.
