Omschrijving
Een in baksteen opgetrokken paardenstal op rechthoekige grondslag onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak. Tegen de rechter zijgevel bevindt zich een kippenhok onder een vlak lessenaarsdak gedekt met rode Muldenpannen. Het hok bestaat uit vier muurdammen met daartussen, los van de grond gehouden, drie kippenhokken.

- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een eenvoudige paardenstal annex kippenhok bij een 19de eeuwse villa. Er is sprake van een ensemblewerking als onderdeel van de tuinaanleg rondom de villa met tuinmuur, koetshuis en prieel.

Against the right side gable there is a chicken coop under a flat sloping roof covered with red Mulden tiles. The coop consists of four wall sections with, held up from the ground between them, three chicken coops.
