Omschrijving onderdeel 34.
Aan de Eikenstraat met het achterhuis naar de weg toegekeerd ligt een T-boerderij met een voorhuis uit circa 1800 en een ouder achterhuis, mogelijk laatste kwart achttiende eeuw of eerste kwart negentiende eeuw. De bouwplaats wordt al in het begin van de vijftiende eeuw vermeld. Oorspronkelijk bevond zich aan de westzijde van de boerderij, in het verlengde van de van Middachten komende Boerenweg, een weg die over het huidige landgoed Avegoor liep en aansloot op de Buitensingel in Ellecom. Dit gegeven verklaart de huidige situering van het voorhuis dat zich oorspronkelijk in de zichtas van de genoemde weg uit Ellecom bevond. De bakstenen boerderij is opgetrokken op rechthoekige grondslag onder twee haaks op elkaar staande zadeldaken. Het voorschild van het voorhuis (één bouwlaag en kapverdieping) is gedekt met rode Romaanse pannen en het achterschild met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen. Op de nok bevinden zich twee gemetselde schoorstenen. Het loodrecht hierop staande zadeldak van het achterhuis is deels gedekt met riet en deels met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen. In de voorgevel met gepleisterde plint is een excentrisch geplaatste toegangsdeur met zesruits bovenlicht met rechts daarvan een smal achtruits venster waaronder een kelderlicht en links tweegekoppelde achtruits schuifvensters. De voorgevel wordt afgesloten door een bakstenen uitgemetseld fries waarboven een dakgoot op klossen. De zijgevels van het voorhuis hebben tuitgevels, voorzien van een klimmend fries met in de top een door een keperboogje afgesloten muursleuf, verder wordt de gevel afgesloten door ezelsruggen en bekroond door een pinakel. De linker gevel heeft op de begane grond en in de top een zesruits draaivenster, de aansluitende lage zijgevel van het achterhuis heeft links getoogde zesruits stalvensters, waarnaast het dak is opgewipt. Hiervoor bevindt zich een houden aanbouw onder een lessenaarsdak. In het achterliggende geveldeel is een nieuwe deur en drie in formaat verschillende vensters. De rechtergevel heeft op de begane grond een achtruits schuifvenster en in de top twee gekoppelde smalle vensters. Het aansluitende achterhuis heeft een opgewipt dak waaronder een stolpvenster met enkelruits bovenlicht, vervolgens sluit hier het lage deel van het achterhuis op aan, dat wordt door muurdammen geleed en is voorzien van vier getoogde ijzeren stalvensters. De achtergevel heeft een symmetrische indeling met in het midden dubbele getoogde deeldeuren, geflankeerd door een smal rondboogvenster en een getoogde houten mestdeur. Naast het achterhuis ligt een bakstenen BAKHUISJE gebouwd op rechthoekige grondslag en bestaande uit één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met windveren en een gemetselde schoorsteen op de nok.

On the Eikenstraat with the rear house facing the road lies a T-shaped farm with a front house dating from around 1800 and an older rear house, possibly from the last quarter of the eighteenth century or first quarter of the nineteenth century. The building plot is already mentioned in the early fifteenth century. Originally there was on the west side of the farm, in the extension of the Boerenweg coming from Middachten, a road that ran over the present country estate Avegoor and connected to the Buitensingel in Ellecom. This fact explains the current positioning of the front house which originally stood in the sight-line of the aforementioned road from Ellecom. The brick farm is built on a rectangular ground plan under two gabled roofs at right angles to each other. The front slope of the front house (one storey and roof space) is covered with red Romanesque tiles and the rear slope with Dutch tiles. On the ridge there are two brick chimneys. The perpendicular gabled roof of the rear house is partly covered with reed and partly with Dutch tiles. In the front facade with plastered plinth there is an eccentrically placed entrance door with six-pane fanlight with to its right a narrow eight-pane window below which is a cellar light and to its left coupled eight-pane sash windows. The front facade is finished with a brick-laid frieze above which a gutter on corbels. The side facades of the front house have spout gables, fitted with a climbing frieze with at the top a wall slot closed by a herringbone arch, further the facade is closed by saddle backs and crowned by a pinnacle. The left facade has on the ground floor and at the top a six-pane casement window, the adjoining low side facade of the rear house has to the left arched six-pane stable windows, next to which the roof is raised. In front of this is a wooden extension under a lean-to roof. In the rear facade section is a new door and three windows of different sizes. The right facade has on the ground floor an eight-pane sash window and at the top two coupled narrow windows. The adjoining rear house has a raised roof beneath which a dormer window with single-pane fanlight, then the low part of the rear house connects here, which is divided by wall buttresses and is fitted with four arched iron stable windows. The rear facade has a symmetrical layout with in the centre double arched part-doors, flanked by a narrow round-arch window and an arched wooden manure door. Next to the rear house lies a brick BAKE-HOUSE built on a rectangular ground plan and consisting of one storey under a gabled roof covered with Dutch tiles with wind ridges and a brick chimney on the ridge.
