Omschrijving onderdeel 31.
In de oude moestuin staat een voormalige negentiende-eeuwse dienstwoning, thans APPELSCHUUR. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen pand met grijze plint bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde oud Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. De voorgevel wordt geleed door drie houten kruiskozijnen waartussen een deur met zesruits bovenlicht (links) en een garage-ingang (rechts). In de top een vierruits venster.

In the old kitchen garden stands a former nineteenth-century service dwelling, now APPLE STORAGE BARN. The brick building constructed on a rectangular ground plan with grey plinth consists of one storey under a gabled roof covered with dampened old Dutch tiles. The front facade is articulated by three wooden cross windows between which a door with six-pane fanlight (left) and a garage entrance (right). In the top a four-pane window.
