Omschrijving onderdeel 32.
Aan de zuidzijde van de oude Boerenweg nabij het Kooibos ligt een negentiende-eeuwse hallehuisboerderij met middenlangsdeel op een bouwplaats die al in 1429 wordt vermeld. De bakstenen boerderij is opgetrokken op rechthoekige grondslag en heeft één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannengedekt wolfdak met windveren langs de dakrand. Ter plaatse van het voorhuis is het dak opgewipt. Het voorhuis heeft op de daknok en in het linker dakschild een gemetselde schoorsteen. In de voorgevel met gepleisterde plint bevindt zich een excentrisch geplaatste toegangsdeur met zesruits bovenlicht met links daarvan een negenruits schuifvenster en rechts drie twaalfruits schuifvensters met luiken; op de verdieping een stolpvenster. Alle vensters zijn voorzien van luiken die in de kleuren wit en rood geschilderd zijn. De linkerzijgevel heeft in het voorhuis een achtruitsvenster met luiken en aansluitend de door muurdammen gelede gevel van het achterhuis met vier getoogde gietijzeren stalvensters. In de rechter zijgevel van het achterhuis bevinden zich twee kelderlichten, meerruitsvensters en drie horizontaal in tweeën gedeelde mestdeuren, afgewisseld met vier getoogde gietijzeren stalvensters. de achtergevel heeft een symmetrische indeling met in het midden dubbele, getoogde deeldeuren, geflankeerd door een gietijzeren rondboogvenster met roedeverdeling en een getoogde houten mestdeur.

On the south side of the old Boerenweg near the Kooibos lies a nineteenth-century hall-house farm with central longitudinal section on a building plot already mentioned in 1429. The brick farm is built on a rectangular ground plan and has one storey under a half-hipped roof covered with Dutch tiles and wind ridges along the roof edge. At the location of the front house the roof is raised. The front house has a brick chimney on the roof ridge and in the left roof slope. In the front facade with plastered plinth there is an eccentrically placed entrance door with six-pane fanlight with to its left a nine-pane sash window and to its right three twelve-pane sash windows with shutters; on the upper floor a dormer window. All windows are fitted with shutters painted in white and red. The left side facade has in the front house an eight-pane window with shutters and adjoining the facade of the rear house divided by wall buttresses with four arched cast-iron stable windows. In the right side facade of the rear house there are two cellar lights, multi-pane windows and three manure doors divided horizontally into two, alternating with four arched cast-iron stable windows. The rear facade has a symmetrical layout with in the centre double arched part-doors, flanked by a cast-iron round-arch window with glazing bars and an arched wooden manure door.
