Omschrijving onderdeel 19.
De verdiept liggende zuidparterre is bereikbaar middels twee maal twee natuurstenen TRAPJES aan de west- en oostzijde. Het middelpunt van de parterre wordt gevormd door een ronde natuurstenen KOM waarvan de rand is voorzien van een kraalprofiel. Aan weerszijden van de kom bevinden zich vier identieke crèmekleurige gietijzeren TUINVAZEN (eerste kwart twintigste eeuw) op een natuurstenen piëdestal. De dikbuikige vazen zijn versierd met cannelures en een geprofileerde poot. De handvaten of oren worden gevormd door twee slangen die zich in de vaas vastbijten.

Description of component 19.
The sunken south parterre is accessible by means of twice two natural stone STEPS on the west and east sides. The centre of the parterre is formed by a round natural stone BASIN the edge of which is furnished with a bead moulding. On either side of the basin are four identical cream-coloured cast-iron GARDEN URNS (first quarter twentieth century) on a natural stone pedestal. The bulbous urns are decorated with flutes and a profiled foot. The handles or ears are formed by two serpents which bite into the urn.
