Inleiding
De BOVENLEIDING langs de Twiska, die het transformatorhuis op het ontmoetingspunt van de Twiska met de Hissedyk en de Pikesyl verbindt met gemaal nr. 24, is in 1927 geplaatst, toen gemaal en transformatorhuis zijn gebouwd. Rond 1925 had het Waterschap Heeg, dat in 1918 was opgericht, opdracht gegeven voor het bouwen van 29 elektrische gemalen met transformatorhuizen en bovenleiding, die het werk van de windmolens in het ingepolderde gebied moesten vervangen. Het gemaal wordt nog steeds via de bovenleiding door stroom vanuit het transformatorhuis aangedreven. De bovenleiding is inmiddels buiten gebruik.
Omschrijving

Introduction
The OVERHEAD LINE along the Twiska, which connects the transformer house at the meeting point of the Twiska with the Hissedyk and the Pikesyl to pumping station no. 24, was installed in 1927, when the pumping station and transformer house were built.
