Inleiding
BAARHUISJE (3) bij het complex van de begraafplaats, gebouwd in het midden van de 19de eeuw in Traditioneel Ambachtelijk stijl.
Omschrijving
Baarhuisje van één bouwlaag op een rechthoekige plattegrond opgetrokken in wit gepleisterde baksteen met een grijs geschilderde plint. Het zadeldak is gedekt met rode Hollandse pannen, de goot wordt gedragen door klossen. De westelijke langsgevel heeft twee rechtgesloten houten deuren met beslag onder bovenlichten. In de oostelijke langsgevel zijn twee vierruits schuifvensters geplaatst. De kopse gevels, voorzien van een uitkragende daklijst met schouders, zijn blind.
Waardering
Het baarhuisje is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde als onderdeel van een bijzondere begraafplaats met een israëlitisch en een algemeen deel gesitueerd op een voormalig dijksegment. Het pandje is gaaf in hoofdvorm, materiaalgebruik en detaillering.

Description
Bier house of one storey on a rectangular floor plan constructed in white plastered brick with a grey-painted plinth. The gabled roof is covered with red Dutch tiles, the gutter is supported by brackets. The western long facade has two straight-topped wooden doors with fittings under fanlights. In the eastern long facade two four-pane sash windows are placed. The end gables, provided with a projecting eaves cornice with shoulders, are blank.
Valuation
The bier house is of general importance because of its cultural and architectural-historical value as part of a special cemetery with a Jewish and a general section situated on a former dike segment. The building is sound in main form, material use and detailing.
