Houten WOONHUIS gebouwd rond 1860 en gelegen binnen de voormalige Verboden Kringen van het Fort op de Biltstraat.
Omschrijving
Woonhuis van oorsprong met één bouwlaag en gebroken zadeldak, bij verbouwing rond 1890 aan achterzijde verlengd, waarbij, met gebruikmaking van de oude kap, een nieuwe driekwart gebroken zadeldak is gemaakt en de achterzijde van het pand nu twee bouwlagen met kap heeft. Geheel in houten delen uitgevoerd pand en houten vensters met luiken. Drie traveeën brede voorgevel, met dakkapel met tentkap gedekt met rode schublei.

Description
Dwelling house originally with one storey and broken gabled roof, extended at the rear during renovation around 1890, whereby, using the old roof structure, a new three-quarter broken gabled roof was created and the rear of the building now has two storeys with roof. Building executed entirely in wooden elements and wooden windows with shutters. Front facade three bays wide, with a roof dormer with tent roof covered with red slate tiles.
Valuation
Wooden dwelling house of general importance due to its cultural-historical value as a rare preserved example of timber construction within the Forbidden Zones around the forts and due to its importance for military history.
