Omschrijving
WOONBLOK A met zes woningen, aan de noordzijde van het complex Sterrehof gesitueerd. Het woonblok bezit een symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel en de zes woningen bezitten een samengesteld pannen dak met haaks geplaatst hoger zadeldak. De woningen nr 6 en 7 zijn ondergebracht in een middenrisaliet waarin per twee gekoppelde vensters per bouwlaag, waarnaast, geflankeerd door gepleisterde hoekpilasters, aan iedere zijde één vensteras. De beide delen van de gevel hiernaast zijn lager en herhalen, op eenvoudiger wijze, dit schema van centrale gepleisterde middenas geflankeerd door een hoektravee. Het risalerende en gepleisterde middendeel van de risaliet is tot de derde bouwlaag opgetrokken en heeft een fries met opschrift "STERREHOF", afgesloten door een kroonlijst met ornamenten en windvaan. Alle vensters zijn getoogde zesruitsvensters, in de middelste risaliet tevens zesruitsvensters met halfronde bovenlichten, aan weerszijden cartouches met het opschrift "ANNO" en "1873".

RESIDENTIAL BLOCK A with six dwellings, situated on the north side of the Sterrehof complex. The residential block possesses a symmetrically arranged front elevation and the six dwellings have a composite tile roof with a perpendicularly placed higher gabled roof. The dwellings nos. 6 and 7 are housed in a central risalit with two coupled windows per storey, beside which, flanked by whitewashed corner pilasters, on each side one window bay. The two parts of the elevation beside this are lower and repeat, in simpler fashion, this scheme of central whitewashed central axis flanked by a corner bay. The risaliting and whitewashed middle section of the risalit is carried up to the third storey and has a frieze with the inscription "STERREHOF", closed off by a cornice with ornaments and weathervane. All windows are arched six-light windows, in the central risalit also six-light windows with semi-circular fanlights, on either side cartouches with the inscription "ANNO" and "1873".
